wat should i wear fer picture day ?

im thinking about wearing a blue/white striped sweater ..
but i dont kno wat to wear with it ..
im kinda on the skinny side with black hair to about an inch or two below my shoulders with side bangs on the left .. dark brown eyes with glasses ^^

so wat do u guys think ? should i wear the sweater ? if not, wat do u think would look better ?

forgot to mention, im cant wear jeans .. just dress pants, dresses, skirts, leggings, ect. but not jeans ..

oh dear i would wear all white with pink Accessories and a goat skin cap
