Such a silent, moonless, crystal clear sky
Staring into the black abyss
Eyes searching the Milky Way
Shooting stars fall through constellations

Meteors rain down, flashes of red rockets
Not believing my eyes
Angels watch me from tiny windows
Some send messages with twinkling diamonds

Stars mock me, flying across the corner of my eye
My only company to this miracle is my dog Lucky
The sky’s so perfect, dive into the deep
Forever lost in the magic of this night
