both are excellent sites for instruction and reference as well as step by step patterns for all kinds of flies.
sfotf (sport fishing on the fly) has videos online that you can watch for free. i have fished with the fellows from this site and they are true professionals that like to get out and have some fun.
i have been tying for about 30 years and i still use both sites very often for new ideas.

Get in the Game Baseball Questions...?
1.) Runner on third (fast), one out, down by 1 run in the ninth. Pitcher throws alot of strikes. You've got your number 7 hitter at the plate. He's a pretty good bunter, do you squeeze or let him swing away?
2.) Your ace pitcher has run into a little trouble in the 7th. Your team is up 3-1, there is one out, first and second. He is a RHP, there is a lefty coming to the plate. You have a LHP in the bullpen, but everyone else is spent from an extra inning game last night? What do you do?
3.) You are on third, you are a big guy with ok speed (not great) think Prince Fielder-ish. Sac Fly to mid-center field. Rick Ankiel is camped under it, he's got a GREAT arm. But you remember that the catcher was plunked on his glove hand wrist with a fastball earlier in the game, and it seems to really be bothering him. Do you go for it, take him out, and hope he can't hang on? There is one out. Your team is tied in the 7th.
4.) You are a scout, which 3 of the 5 tools would you value most?
1) Depends on the infield. If in swing away. If back go for the squeeze.
2) I leave him in. He's my ace. He needs to bear down and get me through the 7th. Get me that inning ending double play.
3) I guess I go for it. You never know, the throw could be off line. You need to take a gamble every once in a while.
4) Fielding, hitting for average, and arm strength.
