Movado Men's sports watches definitely considers anyone who will be wearing a Movado watch outside, whether they are a sportsman or not. For over 125 years, Movado has been producing quality watches and timepieces. Established by Achilles Ditesheim in 1881, this Swiss brand uses the Esperanto word for movement as its name, a name that has traveled very far indeed. Currently, Movado has developed its image to match one of its most renowned collections, the Museum. Two other series of timepieces, the Series 800 and the Junior Sport, both take on features very similar to those of the Museum.

Each of the Movado Series 800 features a higher quality steel material to improve the strength of the watch. They survive to 200 meters in a dive, which makes each watch good even after a fall in the pool. The Series 800 collection also offers the years of experience Movado has developed, demonstrated through the wave contour face. This collection also chronograph watches so you can have a stopwatch with your watch while keeping it stylish. There is a range of different colors available so the timepieces aren't only limited to black and white anymore. There's even colors like red, yellow, and blue. Overall, Movado definitely shot for the divers on this one. Many improvements have been made especially for the water sports, including water resistance all around the watch. The most expensive Movado men's sport watches belonging to the Movado Series 800 costs under $1500, which is reasonable considering that some watches will fly way above $5000.

A majority of the Movado Junior Sport line features the Museum look. This look includes a solid background, an indentation on the 12 o'clock area, simple silver hands, and no markings for hour or minute. Junior Sport watch dials are locked into a durable bracelet that has a safety bar and invisible double lock clasp. Unlike the Series 800 collection, however, Junior Sport watches are limited to water resistance to only 30 meters. This resistance allows only small splashes and short exposure to water; any longer than that will break the watch. The watches that don't have the classic Museum design range from chronograph watches to plain watches with markings. Either way, each watch on the Movado Junior Sport collection is available at average prices a bit higher than those of the Series 800. You can find Junior Sport watches ranging from $800 to $1300.

Movado's quality in their timepieces ranges far past the renowned Museum series. If you haven't looked at the Series 800 and the Junior Sport series, these Movado men's sports watches have certainly proven to be some of the highest quality at prices much more affordable than other leading brands.
