i need to write a memorandum ( i have no idea wat that means) about urging president roosevelt to take more forceful action to stem the tide of the Axis Aggression.

Mr.President it is obvious by Hitler,s action that Neville Chamberlain's policy of appeasement will not work , even the Japanese imperialism as they expand into the Manchurian state , Mussolini's Black shirts are promoting a fascist agenda on Italy , we as a nation need to enter this world conflict and give these people the Rights of a democracy . . . good luck !
