When do you know when you have found the right guy and its love?

I have known this guy since I was in high school. He had a crush on me, and I could always tell by the way he looked at me. I liked him to but I was afraid of my feelings. So he went off to college, and I stayed in my hometown. In 2006 we caught up again with each other due to facebook. He had just gotten out of a relationship, and I was dealing with a guy who treated me bad. I had liked alot of guys, but none of them seem to work out. It is 2009, and we are very attracted to each other. It seems like when we get together sparkles fly. We text, and call alot, Plus he sends my alot of nice voicemails. Can this be true love?
