Fishing is one of a quite fun and easy skill in Runescape,when you are going to start fishing, you need something fishing equipment.You can get a free net in fishing stores,but superior equipment should be bought in fishing shop!If you want to fish for specific things, then you will need to fish at specific areas. Fishing can be very profitable if one desires it to be. A lot of times selling your fish raw can be more profitable than cooked. For those who want high cooking levels, they will buy mass amounts of raw fish and then keep cooking until they get the level they want, which is usually 99. Some people, however, will buy the fish cooked so that they can train. Although, the prices are a bit lower, if you can't sell it raw, then it's worth it. Prices reside solely on whom you are selling to. For a warrior, they will buy the lowest price they can every time. A lot of times, warriors will buy Tuna. so i have been fly fishing for trout for about 2 years now but i am still not very sucessful i need some help?

i can cast just fine i am positive that my problem lies with the fly selection i dont know when to use a dry or a wet a streamer or a nymph i am pretty much clueless when it comes to this part of fly fishing so will somebody please set me straight thanks..

Without knowing more about the particular water you're fishing, it's not possible to give a single, exact answer. Here are some things to consider:

1. "Matching the hatch" is important primarily on waters that have ample invertibrate life with heavy/reliable hatches. Trout in such "rich" streams may focus on a particular life stage of a particular insect, and this focus changes multiple times throughout the day. "Limestone" streams and "spring creeks" are types of moving waters that are frequently rich in nutrients, aquatic life, and selective trout.

2. If your water has sparse, less reliable hatches, matching the hatch becomes less important. Fish in rushing mountain streams, coastal rivers, and lake inlets don't typically live in a high nutrient environment. They can't be as selective...or they risk starving. Freestone streams are typical of such waters, and the fish can respond quite well to general patterns or "attractors."

3. Flipping stones and screening samples from the water column will help you identify the common food sources and their densities. Use one of the many hatch guides available online or through a book dealer to identify the species and anticipate their importance in the trout's diet throughout the year. The whole idea here is for you to get to know your home waters more intimately.

4. Most streams aren't rich. As such, learning how to "prospect" for trout with the right selection of general patterns can do wonders. Tom Rosenbauer has a book on the subject, and there are others. Most anglers have "favorite" patterns that perform well for them, and often these are general or attractor patterns, not specific hatch matchers.

5. While you state your casting is fine, can you say the same for your approach to the water and your wading technique? In my first years on the water, I know I screwed up some good opportunities by not being alert to my approach. Every footstep, every ripple, and every shadow has the ability to change the outcome.

6. Don't ever believe that your presentation can't be improved. Competent, highly skilled anglers never stop learning, and they never believe they're beyond improvement. Keep practicing.

7. Trout do the vast majority of their feeding under the surface. Most of this is within a few inches of the surface film or within a foot of the bottom. Very little food is available in the large zone between these. If fishing with a nymph, you'll want to try to keep your fly at the right depth. It's easy to believe your fly is deep enough, when in fact it's nowhere near the bottom.

8. Streamers are sometimes the right fly for catching the larger or more aggressive trout in a stream, but an improperly fished streamer will alert fish and turn them off the feed. Go with a streamer if you've tried everything else and are willing to accept that once you've swam a streamer through the water, your chances of successfully following it with a nymph or dry are greatly reduced.

9. You've got to know how to read the water. If you can't, it really doesn't matter what else you know. The ability to determine where trout should be located, what insects should be prevalent in a particular stretch, and how the line/leader/fly will behave in and on the water are fundamental to successful trout angling.

10. Accept every day as a learning experience, even the fishless days. Everyone gets skunked. Frustrating, yes...shameful, no. The more time you put in on the water and the more you attempt to absorb about every angling experience, the better your chances for a successful outing next time. There are some great anglers...and even a few masters...that have lived. However, most anglers are just like us...folks just hoping to hit the water at the right time with the right fly.

Food is one of the keys. You may not have known this but a bad diet will prevent your body from losing fat. In many cases people that starve themselves or restrict some of the macronutrients (protein, carbs, and fat) will end up losing muscles and not fat. Losing muscles must not happen because the body will not look like you want to. You must keep the muscles and eliminate the fat. The muscles must give the contour on your body and not the fat.

So make sure you are following the right diet. Get a nutritional plan that offers your body what it needs but in the right quantity so that the body can turn into a good fat-burning machine

After figuring the diet out you need to organize the exercises. Do not do traditional exercises like leg lifts, side bends and crunches because they will not burn your body fat. You need to do workouts that specifically target the stomach area.

Many trainees don't know this and they make you do countless repetitions of various ab exercises. They also focus on multi-joint exercises that primarily work the major muscle groups of the body like the legs, chest and back and the abs are left aside.

The key is to loose belly fat really fast by doing lunges, squats, step-ups, rows, pulls, and a dead lifting movements. Do each workout with a high intensity. There must be no 3 to 5 minutes rest between the exercises. Push yourself hard and you will see the results!

All this being said, you must also know that when somebody tells you that you will lose fat by popping a pill or sitting in front of the TV with an "ab-belt" strapped to your belly it means he is lying to you!

Only a good diet and regular workouts are the keys to having a fit body and those six pack abs that you have seen in magazines and dreamed about.

I've used the Garmin GPS Nuvi 660 for a short amount of time and have really discovered why Garmin is the top brand in GPS systems. It has a tremendous amount of features that make it stand out from the competition and make the once hefty but now moderate price tag well worth it. I was able to purchase this device at a pretty highly discounted rate online, but can completely understand why some retailers charge so much for this device. Let's get into why this GPS system is so high on my list.

The first thing you'll notice about this device is that the screen is extremely large and bright. Which for an old guy like myself, is a real advantage not having to learn a whole new system again!

The kicker for me was the TMC traffic receiver that can be added onto the Garmin GPS Nuvi 660. This allows you to bypass congested traffic areas with an easier, quicker route to your destination.

Regardless of if you wanted to use this device for a long vacation or a short trip on the town, it has never let me down! All in all it's a great device and I couldn't ask for more in a solid GPS unit.

Olympus just recently released its innovative new digital camera, the Stylus 7010 model.  This model is a 12 megapixel offering which features great quality picture taking, and some excellent bonus features as well.  It's an easy to carry camera as well, featuring a compact, sleek and lightweight design which weighs in at just 4.6 ounces or so.  It also sports a 7x zoom with a wide angle lens, and a great LCD crystal display for making sure you have the picture set up just how you want.

This camera packs a punch in terms of making sure you snap quality digital pics.  With Dual Image Stabilization and Shadow correction features, your pictures won't come out blurry or distorted when shooting moving objects or darker areas.  The Stylus 7010 also includes the popular sorts of modes one would need for taking different types of pictures such as self-portrait, fireworks, pets and document mode.  It also allows for the taking of panorama style pictures.  Simply set it to that mode and begin clicking the wide One of the new features this particular camera sports is its "magic filters" feature.  This allows for three different special filters to be applied over the lens, either pop art, pinhole or fish eye.  Each of these gives your pictures an interesting perspective and wow factor.  Additionally, you can shoot VGA or QVGA video at 150 to 30 frames per second.  The camera can take plenty of pictures or video, as it holds up to an 8 gig xD picture card or micro-SD card, when used with an adapter. 

At 12 megapixels and a 7x zoom wide angle lens, this new Olympus camera gives amazing quality digital shots for all levels of photographers.  The controls are easy to use on the top and backside of the camera and the camera itself is nice and compact, easily fit into your pocket or a slim carrying case.  The only complaint might be that there is no viewfinder to look through on this camera, but since it has a nice-sized LCD display on back that shouldn't be too hard to handle.  The Olympus Stylus 7010 camera retails for around $200, and includes software, online manual, usb and video cables, and a lithium rechargeable battery.

Is it normal to eat the brown flesh on Atlantic Salmon?

Atlantic Salmon fillets are pink but partly brown on one side. Should only the pink part be eaten, or all of it? Why is it brown?

This part of the Salmon is alright to eat. It is called the blood line. Most chefs trim this off for appearance sake. This is where there was a concentration of blood from the fishes cardiovascular system. Thats why chicken has white and dark meat. The dark meat has a higher concentration blood in those areas.

Bus ride number two from Cadiz to Marbella was lovely, as it took us along the southern coast of Spain, among mountain ranges on our left and the sea/ocean on our right. We even made a pit-stop in Algeciras, the Spanish city which acts as passageway to Morocco. We passed a lot of Moroccan-influenced architecture in the very south of the country and then arrived in beautiful, luxurious Marbella.

We checked into the hotel and once again, made a bee-line for the beach. (We definitely loved Cadiz, but hadn´t gotten our fill of the beach yet.) The town of Marbella is quaint yet touristy, and filled with British tourists. There is good food, good beaches and good shopping though, so I have nothing to complain about.

After another relaxing afternoon on the beach (even though the Mediterranean was colder than the Atlantic for some reason), we washed up and found a nice restaurant for dinner.

It was honestly one of the best meals we had ever eaten in our lives (okay fine, I´ll admit, its deliciousness might be augmented by the fact that we are all pretty sick of tortilla and paella, but still, it was an awesome meal). I had salmon with sautéed vegetables and savory stuffed mushrooms. And no, it wasn´t exactly cheap, but we ate hostel food (only 5 Euros per a whole plate of food!) three other nights, so we allowed ourselves to indulge a little- it´s hard not to in Marbella. The restaurant was called ¨La Comedia¨ and not only was the food delectable, but the service was good too! They actually asked us how our food was in the middle of our meal and brought us whatever we asked for... I almost forgot I was still in Spain!

When our tummies were full and happy, we went in search of a bar and found a nice Colombian waiter who told us to wait a few minutes until he got off work and would take us to a cool bar.

We agreed and went to a cool bar with great mojitos, just down the street from the beach. It was fun and relaxing... Totally different from the Barcelona nightlife, but very enjoyable.

My girlfriends wanted more beach time the next day, but my fair skin was begging for mercy, so I shopped and walked around the town for the morning and then met them at the beach for just a few hours in the afternoon. So we relaxed once more, bid farewell to the beach, managed to get just a little bit more sunburned, and headed off to our final destination, Granada.
