Science says planets and sun lined up 6,000 years ago, but the Bible gives meaning to the event.. When God made the world in six days, He rested the 7th day and cultures world-wide observe a 7-day week from antiquity. The 4th Commandment reflects on creation in six days and says, "Six days shall you labor and do all your work." Exodus 20:9. But that's not all. Speaking of "the day of judgment" the Bible says...

"Beloved, be not ignorant. One day is with the Lord as a thousand years and a thousand years as one day. God is not slack...the day of the Lord will come." 2 Peter 3:8-10. "The day of the Lord" is the apocalypse, and after 6,000 years (because God made the world in six days and there is no other reason why the solar system should be in alignment "the first time in 6,000 years."

You may be wondering why that alignment in 2000 is relevant now. In the Bible, the sun, moon and stars made obeisance to Joseph, but it made no sense until after seven years of plenty when his brothers bowed to him in a time of famine. Our alignment seemed of little importance until, after 7 years, the housing woes began in 2007, followed by the subprime crisis in 2008. We are getting into a deeper crisis. Krisis is the Greek word for judgment in Revelation.

Economists predict another tipping point for economy in March, 2009. 2009? God asked Ezekiel to lie on his side for 390 days--a day for each year that Israel disobeyed, Ezekiel 4:5,6. But God also said, If you don't learn your lesson, I will punish you seven times over, Lev 6:18,21,24 7 x 390 years = 2730 years. Israel's captivity began in 722 BC. It should end in 2009 because there was no year "0." (Google Assyrian Captivity of Israel, Wikipedia). 2009 promises to be more than we expect.

"Of the times and seasons, brethren, you have no need that I write, for you know perfectly, the day of the Lord comes as a thief in the night, when they shall say 'Peace and safety,' sudden destruction comes...but you are all children of the light [and "know perfectly the times and seasons"]. 1Thess 5:1-6. In a previous article we saw clues to "know perfectly" pointing to 2nd Passover, and the pope comes May 11, at the appointed time.

But first some background. Christ's warning in Matthew 24:15 was understood by early believers as referring to Rome. When Cestius brought the Romans, Christians fled and were spared the siege by Titus a few years later. The Roman Empire fell, but the Holy Roman Empire emerged, and in a first-ever visit by a pope, John Paul went to Jerusalem in 2000. Since then, Jerusalem has been "compassed with armies" of Palestinians and others hostile to Israel, a sign that "the desolation thereof is nigh," Luke 21:20.

When Titus sieged Jerusalem, Herod's Temple burned on the 10th day of the 5th Jewish month according to Josephus, the same date Solomon's Temple burned nearly 700 years earlier, Jeremiah 52:12,13. This year the 10th day of the 5th month is August 2. Calamity on that date may seem like a coincidence, but it would have biblical significance that begs further understanding,

a few spinner/buzz baits. different blade styles and different colors but mostly white/chartreuse. be sure to have a couple colorado blades in the mix.
l like (love) rico poppers by lobina lures but they're just so damn expensive. l wade into the lake to retrieve hung ones and there is no body contact allowed.
rebel pop-rs and zara spooks by heddon round out what l use most.
l don't use many crankbaits. sorry, you're on your own. just match them to the shad or whatever your local forage is.
SM bass:
downsize these for smallmouth.
don't forget the float 'n' fly combo for them though. and the regular assortment of smallmouth jigs.

There are many factors that will determine the best way to fish for big Walleye.

Let's start with fishing the early part of spring, which will find the walleye getting themselves right up next to the shore near sandy areas and sand bars, rocky points and weeded areas that have sandy bottoms nearby.

During the spring months, the smaller sized male walleye tend to stay close to the shore, but the bigger female walleye look for a bit deeper waters.

Spawning walleye are aggressive and ready to bite just about anything, and they will spawn in current, so these areas are usually key to walleye fishing success in the early spring months.

Walleye fishing lures to use, try jigs, use about 1/4 or 1/8 ounce jigs with black, green, yellow, or white twister tails. If you are looking for one all purpose twister tail, choose white, I find it will work for you through out the year.

Fishing for trophy sized walleye is best done at night. Troll slowly right next to shore, especially where there are weedy areas with sandy bottoms. Trolling with spinners (night crawler harnesses) is probably the most productive way to catch walleye.

Trolling with crank baits, fishing jigs, and slip bobbers will all catch fish, but nothing beats harnesses. On natural lakes, troll the weed edges and break lines. I like to use mainly leeches. Mr Twisters in White or Black near the bottom. Erie Dearies with a large night crawler (worm).

In the summer and fall I like to use bigger baits or lures. Small ones in the spring. Using White Twister tails is one of the best, but in the spring the Walleyes are more aggressive and will hit colors like chartreuse, pink, yellow or orange.

These colors only work in the spring because the Walleyes are hitting them to defend their spawning grounds and not for feeding.

You can also add a leach, worm, minnow or Walleye gullet to the jig to get more action but it's usually not needed. Also try fishing on the bottom from one hour before dark until after dark. This will help produce results.

Blue Jay with a hurt wing?

Some one gave me a Blue Jay that has been shot in the wing with a bee bee gun. How do i care for it but still have it so it can still be "wild". i am more of a opossum and raccoonn guy.

Now if you are really want to be a spearman, here should be your stat allotting.

First 5 into hp recovery, then max improving max HP increase. Then max slash blast or power strike. Endure is not useful but one point is fine. Iron body is completely useless, just ignore it.

To become a spearman, you have to become a warrior first, when you roll your dice, it is best to have 4 intelligence and 4 luck, 12 strength and 8 dexterity( I think, just try to get the least amount of intelligence and luck, get as high strength as possible with medium dexterity)you need at least 35 strength and level 10. Spend your time leveling in the beginning island, finish all quests and get to level 10. When you get ability points, put 3 points into strength and 2 into dexterity.

Kill snails then blue snails, red snails them orange mushrooms until you are level 10. fly out the island on the airship. Then fly to Perison on the airship, this time is free.

When you get there, talk to chief sitting bull and now you are a warrior.

From level 10 to 20, try killing slimes west or henesys. The slimes are easy to kill, if you run out of hp, jump on one of the haystacks to heal.

From level 20 to 25, I like killing green mushrooms on the top of the slimes, do the same thing with them.

From level 25 to 30, I like kill horned mushroom in the dungeon. It is in the middle of the map, the horned mushrooms are great for killing.

When you reach level 30, talk to sitting bull again, he will ask what do you want to be, choose spearman, he is going to tell you collect some dark marbles(or something else, can't remember). You have to kill monsters for them, bring health and magic potion. When you collect 30 or them, give them to sitting bull and now you are a spearman!
